Command Center
Prerequisite: EDF Mobile Command Center
Cost: N/A
Armor: Blast-Proof Concrete
Power: 0
Function: Allows for the construction of new buildings.
Special: Can undeploy into a Mobile Command Center
The Command Center is the heart of any EDF base. Filled with everything from building materials to uplinks with High Command, EDF Command Centers are essential to the establishment and holding of territory.

Power Plant
Prerequisite: EDF Command Center
Cost: 800
Armor: Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 200
Function: Provides power for base functionality.
Special:
The EDF Power Plant is modelled off of American Second Red War power plants, using a dated but rather effective energy fusion method to provide electrical power.

Radar Tower
Prerequisite: EDF Power Plant
Cost: 500
Armor: Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 15
Function: Radar
Special:
The EDF Radar Tower gives EDF commanders in the field an advantage over their opponents; most other radar systems are wired into other objects, creating excessive dependency on single structures. EDF commanders put great value into early radar scans.

Barracks
Prerequisite: EDF Power Plant

Function: Allows for the training of military personnel

The EDF Barracks is a simple structure designed to house and train military personnel.

Ore Refinery
Prerequisite: EDF Power Plant
Cost: 2000
Armor: Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 50
Function: Includes an EDF Chrono Miner.
Special: Storing and refining of iron ore and other valuable resources.
The EDF Ore Refinery is a structure designed for the processing of valuable iron ores and minerals. Ore Refineries are equipped with chronal beacons at the loading bays, which allow for Chrono Miners to deliver their gatherings instantly.

War Factory
Prerequisite: EDF Ore Refinery, EDF Barracks
Cost: 2000
Armor: Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 50
Function: Allows for the production of vehicles and helicopters.
Special:
The EDF War Factory is manages the construction of vehicles and helicopters. Modelled off of Second Red War factory designs, the standard War Factory is incredibly efficient at the mass production of vehicles and helicopters.

Service Depot
Prerequisite: EDF War Factory
Cost: 800
Armor: Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 20
Function: Repairs friendly vehicles.
Special:
The EDF Service Depot follows guidelines that date back to the 1970's in terms of design and functionality. Each Service Depot is fit with a repair crane and 'pulse bouncer', a device that destroys parasitic robots and drones inside of the vehicle being repaired.

Shipyard
Prerequisite: EDF Ore Refinery, EDF Power Plant
Cost: 1500
Armor: Blast-Proof Concrete
Power: 75
Function: Allows for the production and repair of naval vessels.
Special:
The EDF Shipyard is the hub for the construction and repair of naval vessels, ranging from PT Boats to Escort Carriers.

Airforce Command HQ
Prerequisite: EDF Ore Refinery
Cost: 1000
Armor: Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 75
Function: Building space for 4 aircraft
Provides radar
Special: Allows for the use of EDF Airborne units.
The EDF Airforce Command HQ allows for the construction and maintanence of fixed wing VTOL aircraft.. As of 0.6X, the AFC HQ also provides radar. This will change in future versions.

Tech Center
Prerequisite: EDF Airforce Command HQ
Cost: 2500
Armor: Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 150
Function: Advances the tech tree.
Special: Reveals shroud.
The EDF Tech Center is very often found at military compounds around the world. Research is centered around advanced fire support, stealth technology and various types of conventional weapons.

Advanced Tech Center
Prerequisite: EDF War Factory, EDF Airforce Command HQ
Cost: 3000
Armor: Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 100
Function: Advances the tech tree.
Special: Allows for the use of EDF Special Force Airborne units.
The EDF Advanced Tech Center exists solely for research into the cutting edge of modern equipment including composite armors, ballistics, guided missiles and even forays into the dangerous field of chrono-technology.

Nuclear Power Plant
Prerequisite: EDF Advanced Tech Center
Cost: 2500
Armor: Mix of Blast-Proof Concrete and Standard Metal Alloys
Power: 2000
Function: Provides power for base functionality.
Special: Explodes violently.
Human power dependence has largely shifted to Nuclear in some areas of the world. Finding that the standard Power Plant was inefficient in powering large, heavily defended military complexes, some EDF Generals managed to convince EDF High Command to permit the construction of advanced and ironically named 'Chernobyl' Class Reactors within such bases. When compared to other nuclear power plants, including the ill-fated once the class got its name from, it is vastly safer, with advanced containment systems that will function under any condition bar destruction.
